    Excellent customer service. I made an on line purchase and made an error when clicking on the time the bereavement flowers had to arrive at the home. The first check off was 10:00 am. I had to call and let them know services start at 9:00. Not only did they answer the phone before a long holiday weekend but assured me the fliers would be there on time of which they were delivered in time and absolutely beautiful
